Services
Luxelight provides professional holiday lighting design, installation, maintenance, and removal. Quotes are based on property size, design complexity, and materials.
Payments
- Deposits may be required at booking.
- Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or removal of installed lighting.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled installation may result in a cancellation fee.
- Weather or unforeseen conditions may cause rescheduling.
Property Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property for installation and removal.
Liability
- Luxelight carries general liability insurance.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty home wiring, pre-existing conditions, or misuse of installed products.
- Customer assumes responsibility for power supply and safety after installation.
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, photos, and content on this website are owned by Luxelight Holiday Lighting. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Updates
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
